Training the Future

Thompson are proud to announce that even despite the poor economic forecasts we are still improving on our commitment to the future of the industry.
This month we have recruited three first year apprentices. Our apprentices will receive a four year training contract receiving training with our preferred partner JTL in addition to on the job training. We have also recruited a second year apprentice this has increased our current apprentice numbers to 8.
Many of our existing employees have been with us since their apprenticeship and we are strengthening our commitment to training.
