Installation of new gas monitoring to the well area of the Abbeystead site.

A new Crowcon gas monitoring panel complete with 4 gas detectors and 2 audio visual beacons were installed, all equipment was explosive atmosphere rated with the specialist glands and terminations used.

New galvanised cable tray was installed to support the new SWA cable intallation.

The gas monitoring panels were linked to the telemetry system so the gas levels could be remotely monitored.

The works where instructed on the Thursday with all works having to be completed by the Monday morning to allow water to flow.

All work completed by Thompson Electrical is carried out to a very high standard.  All staff are professional well mannered and very tidy in their work.  The work is discussed with myself for a cost effective correct solution.  They are available at short notice and also available out of hours if necessary”
