Lancashire Constabulary and UCLan Forensic Science Academy

Working with Principal Contractor F Parkinson Ltd, Thompson undertook alterations and adaptions to the existing electrical services as part of the building remodelling to form the Forensic Academy.  New services installed including:

  • Power and Lighting Distribution Boards
  • New lighting scheme in laboratories and office areas
  • Emergency Lighting
  • New Lighting Control Systems comprising presence and absence detection and local switching
  • Fire Alarm modifications to existing system including re-addressing and re-zoning.
