Our Service and Maintenance team specialise in the education, retail and industrial sectors.

We are a Framework Contractor to the University of Central Lancashire, Lancashire County Council, Cardinal Newman College, major local water utility supplier, James Hall (Spar) and Daniel Thwaites.

Our service and maintenance team has a wealth of experience and knowledge initial focused on traditional electrical maintenance we now offer a full range of facilities management.  Our Electrical Maintenance and Minor Works Team headed by Framework Director Mark Ollerenshaw has a huge range of reactive and planned electrical maintenance offering a 365, 7 day 24 hour call out service for electrical faults and breakdowns for our maintenance customers.

Steve Tyrer joined the company in early 2020 to expand our services into the full suite of M&E Maintenance. Steve formerly managed a busy Universities facilities maintenance team being responsible for maintaining and managing all M&E infrastructure.  Steve understands your needs and requirements seeing this from the Customers point of view and we have a number of services and packages we can offer to ensure seamless and easy maintenance of your building services
