Commuter Hubs

Refurb of existing dated spaces to modern functional spaces involved the strip out of existing services, adaptation of existing mains supplies new power and lighting scheme along with life and property protection services and additional user security systems all carried out in live buildings.  This provide a modern commuter hub for students living off campus to feel part of university life and provide space to undertake work outside of lectures.

Teaching Spaces

Remodel and refurb of existing spaces, including opening rooms to offer open plan workspaces removal of existing services again in live building across multiple levels.

Projects delivered with close programming and liaison with client D&G Builders and Joiners Ltd and end user University of Salford with last minute lighting scheme changes accommodated so the delivered product met the client expectations.
